What's Is Involved in a Women's Moon Circle?

✨☽ Our women’s circle will be a safe, supportive community. It is a place for women to gather & set intentions, work through something, clear energy, gain clarity, & feel connected through the communal energy.
✨☽The purpose of a women’s moon circle is to harness the potent energy of the moon. New moons and full moons move through the most intense energy which can be harnessed 3 days before or after it passes through the full or new phase. The power of the moon affects the tide
Sacred Space
Confidentiality
- Anything shared in the circle, stays in the circle. If you are inspired by another woman's story please ask her permission whether you can share that story anonymously or with her name outside of the circle.
Self Responsibility
- This is an invitation for your own experience, free from caretaking or fixing inclinations when that may surface when a woman is sharing. This means, please NO advice giving or commenting. Please allow your fellow sister this beautiful opportunity to speak & be heard.
Language & Sharing
- Please share succinctly, one person at a time. Please no commenting or replying to another women's share.
- This is a no-sorry zone.in this safe space, we practice no longer apologizing, offering justifications, or or explanations for who we are, who we feel, or what we think. If you begin to catch yourself saying "I'm sorry" you can say "oops".
- To create a circle that honors our unique individual experiences, you are invited to speak with "I" statements to share your truth, rather than "We" statements that can be generalizations.
- Remember to listen with respect, compassion, and curiosity.
- Let your words arise from this present moment, from your heart.
- When another woman is sharing, listen deeply to her, rather than thinking about what you are going to say when it's your turn.
- Be curious about what will come up for you when it's your turn to speak.
